EPTAM Plastics offers complete fabricating capabilities for CNC turning, milling, routing, sawing and drilling, plus many custom services such as screen printing, pressure testing, polishing, bonding, forming, vacuum testing, marking, stamping and welding. This past year EPTAM expanded into the high-speed punch press business, specializing in close tolerance parts manufactured from films and laminates. This single-source capability enables EPTAM to assume total responsibility for the quality and delivery of its custom fabricated components.

Wide Range of Materials
EPTAM is experienced with all engineering plastic materials, including all thermo-sets such as G-3, G-10, G-11, FR-4, and thermo-plastics such as nylons, Delrins® and PET, plus high-temperature materials such as Ultem®, Techtron®, PEEK, Torlon® and Vespel®. A large inventory of raw materials ensures a quick response to customer requirements.

Precision Machining for Industry
Plastic components fabricated by EPTAM meet or exceed the stringent requirements of the Aerospace Industry and military specifications. A history of on-time delivery supports JIT and KanBan programs.
