The EPTAM dedicated 5,000 sq. ft. Medical Manufacturing Center offers a superior clean manufacturing environment designed exclusively for the machining and control of medical grade polymers. Materials such as Acetals, Propylux HS, Radel, Ultem, Torlon, Polysulfone, PEEK and Carbon Filled PEEK are machined from stock shapes into both simple and complex geometries for instruments. Implantable grade polymers such as UHMW-PE and PEEK are also machined here.
