President
Jeff has been in the plastic manufacturing and fabrication business for 30 years. During this period he has held positions in Sales, Sales Management and Manufacturing. Jeff took over as President of EPTAM Plastics in 2000. He has a Masters of Business Administration and is a member of The Society of Plastic Engineers.

Tom Manter
Controller
Tom joined EPTAM in 2011, bringing with him over 30 years of accounting and finance experience in the insurance, wholesale food distribution and non-profit fields. He holds a degree in Accounting from UMass-Dartmouth and an MBA from the University of Richmond (VA).
Tom is a volunteer at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord, NH and has previously performed volunteer work for the United Way and the American Cancer Society.

Kerry Dubois
Human Resources Manager
Kerry has her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. Kerry sits on many EPTAM committees, including Safety and Employee Activities and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Tom Seymour
Information Technology / Continuous Improvement
Tom joined EPTAM Plastics in 2003 as Quality Manager bringing with him experience in machining, production management, quality engineering, quality auditing, quality management, information technology, and continuous improvement. His manufacturing experience began in 1973 and he has worked in the electronics, military and aerospace industries.
During his time with EPTAM Plastics, Tom has also served as Production Manager and currently is serving as Information Technology Manager. Tom holds an MBA, is a senior member of ASQ, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
